Project Manager - Transformation

Job Summary:

As a Project Manager within transformation, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Clinigen, driving positive change, and ensuring long-term competitiveness and growth.

By ensuring change is not only delivered successfully but also embedded in a sustainable manner and that Clinigen business capabilities and operating model are as efficient and effective as possible, being fit-for-purpose in achieving our strategic aims. This role will work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver its objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Support planning and lead execution of transformation projects, managing timelines, budget, resources, and cross-functional coordination to deliver successful outcomes.
  2. Lead change initiatives, including assessing the impact of changes, developing change plans, and ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  3. Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and innovation to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Actively seek opportunities for the organisation to radically improve its processes, systems, outcomes, and capabilities.
  5. Through creativity, expertise, and collaboration, identify, lead, drive, and manage change at pace to increase efficiency and performance across the breadth of the organisation.
  6. Utilise data analysis and insights to make informed decisions and measure the impact of transformation efforts.
  7. Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure a coordinated approach to transformation, addressing interdependencies and synergies. Fostering collaboration across teams to ensure that strategic objectives are met.
  8. Conduct options evaluations and develop clear business cases for transformation, designing change that is credible with respect to costs, benefits, resourcing, timescales, governance, risk management and organisational capacity.
  9. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of transformation initiatives and report progress to senior leadership.
  10. Ensure that transformation efforts prioritise customer needs and contribute to enhanced customer experience.
  11. Ensure that all transformation initiatives comply with relevant regulations and governance standards.
  12. Create trusted relationships and effective communication channels with leaders and relevant stakeholders to drive business objectives.
  13. Leverage both our internal and external network for best practice in delivering an efficient and effective transformation within the organisation.

About You:

  1. Lean Six Sigma certification, including experience in applying the core methodology.
  2. Successful background within Transformation Projects.
  3. Ability to self-manage and work in a dynamic environment. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
  4. Experience in documenting and managing end-to-end requirements, coupled with adeptness in modelling techniques.
  5. Experience and knowledge of project and change management principles, tools and techniques.
  6. Ability to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, delivering high quality outputs with strong attention to detail.
  7. The willingness to embrace new technologies and influence other parts of the business to adopt them.
  8. Strong Management Information reporting skills using the Microsoft Office suite.
  9. Experience of using PM tools.
  10. Experience in supporting process change and understanding process improvement models.
  11. Understanding of Risk & Issue Management processes, and Benefits realisation planning and monitoring.
  12. Effective interpersonal and presentation skills, possessing the confidence to build relationships with all levels of stakeholder and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Demonstrable experience as Business Analyst within transformation projects.
  14. The ability to travel to Weybridge or Burton twice per week.
