Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team and play a critical role in delivering a business-wide transformation programme. In this position, you’ll work closely with senior department directors and transformation leaders, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

You are passionate about delivering transformation projects via a standardised project management approach and structured reporting and governance. You are detail-oriented and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders to solve complex problems. You love rolling up your sleeves and making things happen. You’re sparked by a fast pace, new challenges, and always have an eye on achieving business outcomes. You lead discussions, build consensus, push boundaries, and crush deadlines.

What You’ll Do:

As part of a newly integrated Operations organization, reporting into the head of the Transformation and Programs department, you will lead and manage a diverse portfolio of transformation projects.

1. Lead organization critical transformation projects as a senior project manager deploying the necessary project management methodology and expertise to successful execution.
2. Collaborate with the other project leads on delivering transformation workstreams in the organization.
3. Lead execution of project governance, manage dependencies and identify and manage the critical risks and issues on the initiatives.
4. Consolidate and present data to our senior leadership team and progress in executive leadership governance forums.
5. Manage and build relationships with key functional stakeholders across the Eutelsat business units.

What You’ll Need:

1. At least 10+ years’ experience in leading successful relevant transformation projects or management initiatives on integrations and transitions.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders.
3. Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel and project management toolsets.
4. Strong presentation skills to senior leadership levels, with the ability to present complex datasets and project statuses in a clear and concise manner.
5. Excellent attention to detail, willingness to ‘roll your sleeves up’, and adapt per situation.
6. Educational background: Engineering/Technology/Business management preferred.

Where You’ll Work:

West London, UK. With 3 days per week in the office.

Some travel around Europe is expected.
