Base pay range

Are you an experienced project manager with strong expertise in office relocation? If so, I have an exciting opportunity with a Financial Services firm based in London.

This is a contract role and they are looking for someone to start ASAP. They only have their current location until the 31/12, so the contract will initially be running until this date. The role is hybrid with 2 days a week in the London office, and the rate is £600 p/d inside IR35.

Requirements

  • Must have demonstrable experience designing and delivering office relocation projects from inception to closure as a project manager.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen with understanding of budgetary control and ability to provide detailed project financial management & reporting.
  • Excellent experience/knowledge of governance, standards, and controls within project management.
  • Risk management ability to mitigate risk and communicate this to the stakeholders.
