Job description

Working for this fantastic company on a hybrid basis, this role is responsible for the planning and execution of events from conception through to completion.


Job Description:
  1. Lead reasonably complex projects ensuring the highest quality standards are upheld throughout the project's life cycle.
  2. Full comprehension of the scope and project objectives and establish clear roles and responsibilities for project team members.
  3. Set, communicate, and drive timelines and priorities within each project.
  4. Lead regular project status meetings throughout project life cycle and ensure clear communication.
  5. Build and maintain effective strategic supplier relationships, negotiating beneficial rates and terms, manage contracting and ongoing communications with all third-party suppliers.
  6. Maximise revenue opportunities on all projects (Touch amplified services).
  7. Dynamic management of project team capacity and ensuring sufficient levels of support are allocated to your job.
  8. Conduct full staff briefing when arrive onsite (including walkthrough slides).
  9. Daily staff & client briefing (confirming in writing to the team any changes to the schedule).
  10. Effectively manage multiple inboxes, ensure accurate client updates.
  11. Manage budgets and pull together multiple workstreams and country billing.
Person Specification:
  1. Previous experience of working with Pharma clients is essential.
  2. Congress Management experience would be advantageous.
  3. Must have experience of working in a corporate background.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
  5. Passion for what you do, a desire to be all engaging, creative and keen to build a unique service offering in-house.
Additional Information:
  1. Based in Leatherhead (hybrid, minimum of 3 days in the office).
  2. £34,000 - £38,000.
  3. 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
  4. Discretional Annual Profit Related Bonus (not guaranteed) (Must have worked for the company for 6 months to be eligible).
  5. Health Insurance.
  6. Pension 4% contribution.
  7. Childcare Vouchers.
  8. Commission for all New Client Business introduced (% paid for the first year of business).
  9. Flexible Working (Business needs will always prevail therefore all successful candidates need to be prepared to attend office up to 5 days if required however, and where appropriate, managers may assign work from home at their discretion).
