About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our clients team and lead the delivery of a student accommodation project in the heart of Bristol City Centre. This exciting opportunity involves managing all stages of the project, from planning and design through to completion. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the project meets high standards of quality, budget, and schedule, while navigating the specific needs of student accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to construction and handover.
  2. Manage and coordinate the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
  4. Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance procedures.
  5. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  6. Identify and resolve issues or risks that may affect project timelines or objectives.
  7. Liaise with architects, engineers, local authorities, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  8. Implement project management best practices and industry standards to achieve successful project delivery.

Key Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Project Manager on student accommodation, social housing, or similar residential projects.
  2. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and project management techniques.
