Your Role:

Lead and develop architectural designs, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met
Conduct site surveys and field reviews to ensure compliance with construction documents
Prepare design reports, drawings, and models following company standards
Collaborate with and support project team members
Report progress and updates to directors

What You’ll Need:

ARB registered with experience managing projects and teams of up to 6
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Solid technical design and delivery experience
Previous MOD project experience (desirable) or experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or residential projects
A car and valid driver’s licence
Based within 50 miles of Peterborough for site visits
