Your Role:

• Lead and develop architectural designs, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met
• Conduct site surveys and field reviews to ensure compliance with construction documents
• Prepare design reports, drawings, and models following company standards
• Collaborate with and support project team members
• Report progress and updates to directors

What You’ll Need:

• ARB registered with experience managing projects and teams of up to 6
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Solid technical design and delivery experience
• Previous MOD project experience (desirable) or experience with large-scale commercial, industrial, or residential projects
• A car and valid driver’s licence
• Based within 50 miles of Peterborough for site visits
