Job description

Project Coordinator role within an organisation that specialises in building services.

Your new company
This company specialises in building services. Due to recent growth, they are looking to hire a project coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. This role is located between Belfast and Holywood and requires you to be in the office 5 days a week. The working hours are 9-5 (flexible with 30 minutes on either side).


Your new role
In this role you will be working as a project coordinator. You will be liaising with a number of key stakeholders. Some of your main responsibilities will look like the following:

  1. Coordinate and manage restoration projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
  3. Collaborate with various teams, including field technicians, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project milestones are met.
  4. Track schedules and budget on Microsoft Excel.
  5. Prepare project schedules, track progress, and maintain detailed project documentation.
  6. Conduct on-site inspections to assess project progress and quality of work.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases.
  8. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support, fostering positive relationships with clients.
  10. Perform ad hoc administration duties.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent ability to use Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Candidates with a valid driving license.
