Key Responsibilities for the Production Test Manager - Electronics

1. Develop and implement comprehensive electronic test strategies, plans, and procedures.
2. Lead, support, and evaluate the performance of the test team.
3. Oversee the design and development of test systems, including hardware and software.
4. Ensure test accuracy and reliability through continuous process improvement.
5. Define production test requirements and validate new products and components.
6. Monitor and report test performance metrics, driving efficiency improvements.
7. Manage testing schedules, resources, and budgets to meet project deadlines.

What We re Looking for in the Production Test Manager - Electronics
Qualifications:

1. Higher-level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

Key Skills & Experience required in the Production Test Manager - Electronics:

1. Proven experience in electronic testing, preferably in manufacturing or R&D.
2. Strong knowledge of electronic test methodologies, tools, and equipment.
3. Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC)
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
7. Desirable (but not essential): Understanding of High Voltage test requirements and regulations.
