Product Specialist

Location: London - Shift Pattern (4 days on 3 days off)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

83zero are working with a growing Med-Tech organisation who are leading the way in improving NHS software across UK GP practices. Funded by NHS England they are also passionate about re-investing profits back into the public sector as a social Impact Business. . They are seeking a skilled Product Specialist who will be the first point of contact for users, delivering expert support across phone, email, and webchat, and will troubleshoot technical issues, assist new users, and collaborate with teams to enhance our clinical system.

What You'll Do:

• Provide responsive customer support using Zendesk, Slack & Google Suite.
• Train internal and external users, improving self-service resources.
• Manage escalations and contribute insights to product development.
• Maintain up-to-date help materials and process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-4 years in customer support or success operations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Experience with Zendesk, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• A team player with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Desirable: NHS/healthcare experience & primary care system knowledge.

Shift Patterns: Alternate weekly early (6:30 am-2:30 pm) & late (12:30 pm-8:30 pm) shifts, including weekends & bank holidays. Office-based in Kings Cross.
