Job description

We are looking for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to drive product marketing strategy and tactics for our business banking features including interest bearing accounts, FX risk management, accounting automations, and API. You’ll be responsible for defining and articulating product value, understanding target buyer requirements, and driving product-led campaigns to increase customer acquisition and adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Define and articulate product value propositions, deriving insights from target buyers, existing users, and internal teams including product, sales, and customer success.
  • Own competitive product positioning. Be the champion of your product USPs and articulate them in unique, differentiated, and compelling messaging.
  • Drive new feature and product launches, designing GTM plans that excite and engage customers and prospects, and are aligned with product roadmaps.
  • Devise product-led content to reinforce value propositions and engage target buyers through the marketing funnel.
  • Create product-led campaigns focused on increasing customer acquisition across multiple marketing channels.
  • Enable sales with the information, insights, and marketing assets they need to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and marketing to develop campaigns focused on increasing user adoption.
  • Spend time with customers and prospects. Know their buying criteria and pain points.
  • Track market developments, know the competitor landscape, and build these insights into launch planning, positioning, and product marketing assets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience marketing and launching fintech, payments, or banking products.
  • You’re curious to understand buyer problems and requirements.
  • You’re excited to craft value propositions, define USPs, and articulate across multiple channels.
  • You’re driven to make a difference and want to own the segmentation, targeting and messaging of your products.
  • You bring strong self-organisational skills to manage multiple feature/product launches and campaigns.
  • You enjoy working in cross-functional teams alongside product, sales, partnerships, customer success, and marketing to meet your KPIs.
  • Product Marketing Alliance or Pragmatic Marketing certifications desired.
