Job Description
Are you an experienced Business Process Analyst with strong analytical and solution-finding skills? Do you have experience with process improvement, or business analytics? If so, we want you to be a part of the SHL Team! As a Business Process Analyst, you will be involved in identifying process inefficiencies to identify opportunities for improvement, and efficiencies associated with a SaaS environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Review our delivery engine for opportunities to gain knowledge for improvements and efficiencies associated with a SaaS environment.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements & identify key pain points.
• Assess business processes and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Delivery Planning and Management.
• Utilize data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.) to present insights and trends.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for process monitoring.
• Deploy appropriate risk management strategies and methods for controlling quality across internal and external projects.

What We Are Looking For From You

Essential:

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or business analytics, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Familiarity with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or BPM software).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Desirable:

• Good awareness of automation tools (Power Automate, Python, or RPA).
• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics.
• Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies.
