Job Title: HR Systems & Data Analyst

Location: UK, Remote working with regular travel to Ireland required.

Contract: 24-month FTC

JGA are partnered with a well-established Manufacturing business seeking an HR Systems & Data Analyst to join their team and optimise their reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Using PowerBI to create dashboards and reports.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on their SuccessFactors system across various modules, as well as their integrated Recruitment and Learning systems.
• Designing and conducting training systems.
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business.
• Engaging with IT and Programme Management to release new modules.
• Acting as a point of escalation for system-related queries.
• Generating and improving HR Data reporting capabilities.

Skills required:

• Previous experience with SuccessFactors is highly advantageous, but other system experience is also welcomed.
• Experience with PowerBI.
• Ability to present and interpret HR Data and improve HR reporting capabilities.
