Sales Executive

Basic £22k basic £60k OTE

Leatherhead, Surrey

Permanent/Full Time

Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) / Saturday (8.30am – 5pm) / Sunday/Bank Holidays (10am – 4pm, on a rota of approx. 1 in 3)

Our client, based in the Leatherhead area, is on the lookout for an experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team. They are looking for a candidate who is not only brilliant with people but great at building up relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful sales team and become part of a growing business!

Duties & Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:

  1. Achieving agreed sales targets for new and or used vehicles.
  2. Building trust, communicating effectively, and exceeding customers' expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.
  3. Maintain and accurately record all customer contact details.
  4. Handling all customer queries and complaints and ensuring they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements.
  5. Responding to queries from new and existing customers relating to vehicle sales.
  6. Developing and maintaining a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles.

Your Background & Skill:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade.
  2. Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
  3. Experience of prospecting and data recording.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent selling and negotiating skills.
  6. Full UK Driving Licence.
