VANRATH are assisting a multinational law firm with the recruitment of a Business Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to develop and progress within a global organisation that places immense value on their staff.

Hybrid working role - Mixture of home working and working in Belfast City Centre office.

This is a Permanent Full-Time Position (Monday - Friday).

Salary:

Fully Negotiable + Fantastic Benefits Package (Market Leading) + Development and Progression Opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support business operations for the Transactions Practice Group across the EMEA+ region.
  • Ownership and accountability of the financial performance of the practice.
  • Write business cases and understand the nature of what the teams do and the challenges.
  • Interpret data and key financial metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business development teams.
  • Produce analytical reports and present findings.

Ideal Person:

  • Strong prior experience in a similar role.
  • Good professional management experience in a global setting, ideally in a professional services environment.
