We are partnered with a leading consumer retail brand that is looking to find a brand-new Photo Retoucher for their in-house creative studio team. You will be joining a vibrant business that is rapidly growing in their space. This is your chance to go on a real journey with a brand and pave the way for a fantastic career!

This is your chance as the Photo Retoucher to really own this space. They are a big player within sport, lifestyle, and retail.
- Improve e-com retouch quality
- Improve creative retouch
- Ensure that e-com & creative deadlines are met in full
- Retouch at a high standard across many areas including but not limited to still life and model
- Maintain healthy communication with key stakeholders
- Delegate workloads for social and e-com retouching work as the team grows
- Provide weekly feedback on the progress of retouching open and completed jobs
- Communicate asset management to the studio manager
- Resolve midterm roadblocks
- Work with key stakeholders on resource allocation
- Develop & review working processes, theorize improvements, and present findings to key stakeholders
- Impeccable Photoshop knowledge (software and technique)
- Experience in agency retouching
- Experience in e-com retouching
- Experience in the delegation of workloads
- Brilliant communication ability
- Ability to problem-solve
