As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be directly responsible for scaling and optimizing our paid social marketing efforts. You will own and execute high-impact campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You are obsessed with data, performance metrics, and continuous optimization to maximize ROI.

Your ability to strategize, execute, analyze, and iterate at speed will make you a key pillar in our growth team.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads)
  • Strong expertise in customer acquisition, growth hacking, and data-driven performance marketing
  • Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and A/B testing
  • Ability to manage budgets, optimize spend, and maximize ROAS
  • Strong analytical skills – you live in dashboards, love numbers, and make decisions based on data
  • A team player: Credit the team & Blame no-one

What will make you stand out

  • Experience in FinTech, Gaming or Dating
  • 4+ years of experience in paid social performance marketing
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup
  • Understanding of Fintech, crypto, DeFi, Web3, and blockchain technologies

What you’ll be working on

  • Build, manage, and optimize high-performing paid social media campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google
  • Work with creators to generate new UGC (User-Generated Content) assets for ads and campaigns
  • Own the strategy, execution, and scaling of our performance marketing efforts
  • Develop and test new ad creatives, messaging, and audience-targeting strategies
  • Work closely with product, design, and analytics teams to improve conversion rates
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
