What You'll Be Doing

Creative Strategy

• Own the entire creative process - from ideation to execution.
• Develop high-impact ad creatives based on real data from our Meta Ads account.
• Study competitors and identify trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
• Craft powerful messaging that resonates with our audience and drives action.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyse ad performance data to double down on winners and iterate at scale.
• Use AI tools to enhance creative ideation, ad copy, and hooks.
• Work closely with editors, UGC creators, and the growth team to refine and optimise assets.

Scaling & Growth

• Build and lead a creative team as the company scales.
• Expand our reach across new platforms, content formats, and audience segments.
• Maintain a high-performing creative library to streamline production.

Experience required

• 4+ years' experience managing UGC production for a D2C brand.
• Proven track record managing ad creative for brands spending £200k+/month on Paid Social.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing.
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate with editors, designers, and content creators.
• Passion for health, wellness, or skincare (big plus!).
