About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Lead the creation, optimisation, and management of paid social media campaigns to drive measurable results aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B tests on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to optimise performance and drive ROI.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to inform and improve creative strategies.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and provide detailed performance reports to optimise future campaigns.

Who we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a high-growth startup or tech environment, with a focus on paid social media and creative strategy.
  • Proven expertise in content creation across various platforms (social media, blogs, podcasts, etc.), demonstrating a strong ability to create engaging and conversion-driven content.
  • Solid knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or Figma, with the ability to create eye-catching and high-performing creatives.
  • Passion for fintech, an understanding of Emma’s mission, and the ability to convey that through creative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate fresh ideas, adapt to new trends, and continuously innovate.
  • A strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is excited to work closely with design, product, and growth teams to develop impactful campaigns.
  • You are excited about the future of Emma, and passionate about helping us grow through creative marketing strategies that deliver high-quality, high-impact results.
