People & Culture Officer (Human Resources Officer)

Hotel: Hong Kong TST (HKGKH), 11 Middle Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon

We are a people powered business. We’re looking for a People & Culture Officer for Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong who partners with the People & Culture team to empower Kimpton associates and champion our culture. A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Assisting the People & Culture Manager in screening, scheduling and conducting interviews
  • Supporting the Learning & Development Manager in training and development programme administration and preparation
  • Welcoming and orienting new team members of the hotel
  • Initiating and arranging associate activities to make us all become fans of Kimpton
  • Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures

What we need from you

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, hospitality management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 4 years’ solid work experience in hotel human resources team
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment related laws
  • Proactive, agile, creative and a good team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant People & Culture Officer
