Connecting talent within the Education sector

We are partnering with a renowned College based in Pimlico, London to recruit a HR Officer to complete a temporary contract on a part-time basis.

The postholder will work to provide administrative and transactional support to the HR team whilst assisting with recruitment and onboarding duties.

Job title: HR Officer

Contract length: 3-4 weeks (chance of extension)

Salary: £18 - £21 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Location: South West London (hybrid working, Weds WFH)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and advertise adverts on internal and external recruitment channels
  • Shortlist CVs and assist Hiring Managers with the recruitment process
  • Add new joiners and remove all leavers from the HRIS
  • Carry out inductions for staff on their first day as well as coordinating induction sessions
  • Issue relevant letters and literature to staff in relation to Employee Relation Matters
  • Support the Heads of HR with administrative duties as and when required
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience within a Human Resources field
  • Ability to undertake administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
  • The postholder must have an in-date Child Enhanced DBS
