Join our customer, AG Barr, the iconic brand behind some of the UK's favourite drinks, based in Cumbernauld! We're looking for a Payroll & Reward Specialist to take on an exciting role that blends payroll expertise with the opportunity to dive into Reward strategy and analysis.

If you're someone with experience in payroll and a passion for evolving into Reward, or a Reward specialist with a solid payroll background, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

1. Payroll: Partner with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate, timely payments, handle complex calculations, and resolve payroll queries.
2. Reward: Contribute to reward analysis, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and executive remuneration. Help design and implement recognition programs, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
3. Compliance: Lead year-end reporting, staying up to date on UK payroll and employment law changes.

What We Need:

1. Expertise in UK payroll processes, reconciliations, and calculations.
2. Experience with an outsourced payroll provider and knowledge of non-standard pay scenarios (e.g. shift patterns, leave calculations).
3. An interest in Reward, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage complex data, provide insights, and ensure compliance with legislation.
5. Excellent communication skills to engage with internal teams and handle employee queries.
