You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated payroll professionals, driving service excellence to ensure we deliver our customer priorities. Acting as an effective coach and mentor, you will possess strong customer engagement, management and organisation skills, and have experience in developing and implementing systems and procedures to drive business outcomes.
