Job Description

  1. Overseeing payroll processes and ensuring accuracy in calculations.
  2. Maintaining employee benefits programs and informing employees about their benefits.
  3. Completing relevant manual calculations.
  4. Reconciliation payroll using Excel and Sage.
  5. Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
  6. Providing payroll information by answering questions and requests.
  7. Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
  8. Keeping employee confidence and protecting payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
  9. Onboarding staff from the point of offer to ensure all information is captured correctly for payroll & benefits purposes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll & Benefits Administrator should have:

  1. Relevant educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  2. Proficiency in payroll software.
  3. Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information.
