- Experience in high volume payroll processing is essential.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory payments.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for both monthly and weekly cycles.
- Ensure accurate data entry and support the payroll function.

Job Description
Payroll Advisor (Hybrid)
- End to end payroll processing (multi frequency: monthly and weekly)
- Manual calculations for tax, NI
- Payment calculations: SMP, SPP, SSP etc
- Ensure all payroll data is entered accurately
- Support the wider payroll function
The Successful Applicant
- End to end payroll exposure in a high volume environment (essential)
- Strong knowledge of all aspects within payroll and HMRC legislation
- Knowledge of statutory payments, RTI etc.
- Knowledge of pension legislation
- Confident with MS Excel
- Organised, self-motivated and has the ability to work within a team
- Happy to commute to Reading

- Salary (Dependent on interview performance and previous experience): £32,000 - £34,000 per annum
- Hybrid working: Typically 2x days per week in the office
