An established industry player is seeking a Shift Leader to enhance customer experiences and lead a dedicated team. This role involves coordinating daily operations, ensuring store presentation, and fostering a positive atmosphere for both customers and colleagues. You'll be the key point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager, driving team performance and customer satisfaction. This role will give you exposure to managerial responsibilities, you will be running the store when the store manager isn't on shift. You will understand how the store is performing, working to improve store function and support your colleagues.
Our shift leader roles are integral to supporting our customers and local communities and can be a very rewarding role. You will be able to develop your managerial skills with the support of the Store Manager.
