JustOT are recruiting for an HCPC registered experienced Occupational Therapist Service Manager, to work with our well-respected client based in North London.
We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team. We have an exciting opening for an experienced, motivated, and innovative Service Manager to work within our new re-designed service in Adult Social Care.
You will manage a team including Social Workers, Social Work Officers, and Community Care Officers. You will have core responsibility for ensuring that duties of the team are undertaken effectively and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
You will have extensive knowledge and experience in the field of adult social care, with an emphasis on safeguarding practice and related legislation. You will have the ability to manage competing service priorities and a sound grasp of the personalization agenda, integration, and meeting the business objectives of the department.
Demonstrating management and leadership skills, you will have excellent all-round communication and negotiation skills in leading an experienced staff team and working with the Statutory.
Hourly rate: £58.28
Location: North London
Hours & Days to be Worked: Full time, Mon to Friday
Working arrangements: Mix of home working and office
Essential Requirements: HCPC registered, 3 years Social Services Experience, Car driver
