Job description

This opportunity is working for a Rehab and Injury case management specialist company. They are one of the UK’s largest independent providers of rehabilitation case management services.

Typical patients would have sustained a brain injury, spinal cord injury, or major trauma.

Job Locations Available: Yorkshire, Bedford, Scotland (part-time, 3 days a week).

Remote Working: Although this role is remote, it will involve some field-based assessments and meetings, so you must be located in the areas above.

Salary Package: Up to £45,000 + Bonus of yearly £4,500 - £4,800 (paid quarterly).

Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.

They also have these roles on a part-time basis across 3 days a week if that suits better.

Requirements:

MUST BE AN OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST WITH neuro, trauma, brain injury, or spinal injury experience and have dealt with patient rehab.

Duties:

1. Carrying out initial assessments.
2. Support clients to identify & achieve full potential or focused goals.
3. The aim would be to facilitate a return to work or the best possible functionality.
4. Set out a road map for recovery.
5. Identify any potential barriers to recovery.
6. Point of contact to client/patient.
7. Working in conjunction with family members, employers, medical professionals & insurance organizations.
8. Implementing & monitoring.

Must haves to apply:

1. UK experience and registration with HCPC.
2. Right to work in the UK – they cannot offer working visas.
3. Must have own car with a valid UK driver's license.
