New Car Sales Executive

£16.5k per annum (£35k - £40k OTE)

Permanent/Full Time

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Achieving agreed sales targets for new vehicles.
  2. Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding customers’ expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.
  3. Maintain and accurately record all customer contact details.
  4. Handling all customer queries and complaints and ensuring they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements.
  5. Responding to queries from new and existing customers relating to vehicle sales.
  6. Developing and maintaining a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles.
Your Background & Skill:
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive.
  2. Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent selling and negotiating skills.
  5. Full UK Driving Licence.
