An established industry player is seeking a Lead of Network Operations to spearhead a new Operations Hub for the M25. As the Lead of Network Operations, you will spearhead the implementation and leadership of a newly established Operations Hub for the M25, seamlessly integrating road space management, planning functions, and control room operations.
This pivotal role will establish a centralised planning and scheduling hub, leveraging real-time data and analytics to optimise traffic flow, resource allocation, and road space management.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, including diversion managers, traffic management specialists, and optimisation experts, ensuring operational efficiency and an enhanced road user experience.
This is a hybrid role designed to fully maximize team collaboration on the project. We offer flexible working where you will typically be working from your base CPS office, Leatherhead, Dartford or South Mimms up to three days per week and two days from home.
