Your new company: You will be working for a large housing association which manages over 50,000 homes.

Your new role: We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a multi-skilled operative with a high skill level as a Plumber where you'll be working around the Yeovil and surrounding area. We're looking for a multi-skilled operative, where you'll be responsible for the delivery of the upgrades to Kitchens and Bathrooms. Duties will include:

• Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering etc.
• Liaise with customers and colleagues to ensure they are aware of progress and action being taken.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant health and safety legislations.
• Ensure work is completed on time.
• To use and apply a Schedule of Rates for job repairs.
• Available to cover out of hours emergency call outs in accordance with the Rota.
• Complete and maintain paperwork accurately.

You will be provided a Van and Fuel card to get to customer sites.

What you'll need to succeed: You will be an experienced multi trader with a plumbing bias who holds a recognised qualification in Plumbing (NVQ). You will ideally have Social housing/property maintenance experience.
