Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trader (Plumbing Bias) with extensive plumbing experience to join our team on a long-term contract basis for reactive works across multiple Social Housing sites in Bristol and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform plumbing installations and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
2. Utilize hand and power tools effectively for various tasks, including painting and decorating, plastering, and carpentry.
3. Drive to job sites as required, maintaining a valid driving license.

Requirements:

1. Proven plumbing and multi-trade experience in occupied domestic properties.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Social housing/local authority experience.
4. Full UK driving licence.
5. NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.

Monday to Friday
Hours - 8am - 4pm.

Plumbing: 5 years (required)
Multi-trade: 3 years (preferred)
