Job Description:

We are representing a client who is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Builder with expertise in their main trade and experience in a range of other trades. The ideal candidate will be someone who values high standards, pays close attention to detail, and consistently delivers work of the highest quality. As a part of this team, you will be expected to interact well with both customers and colleagues, adhere to project timelines, and work efficiently to ensure deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out high-quality work in multi trades building
2. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, with a strong focus on detail and finish.
3. Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service and fostering good relationships.
4. Follow work programs and project timelines to ensure work is completed on schedule.
5. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, complying with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry.
2. Proficiency in your main trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, bricklaying) and some experience in other trades.
3. Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
5. Ability to manage and meet deadlines within project timelines.
6. Own transport is required to start, with a company vehicle and phone provided after the probation period.
7. A valid driver's license is essential.

Preferred:

1. Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
2. Self-motivated and proactive with problem-solving skills.
