Job description

Due to an increase in workload with our current client, they are looking for a number of multi-skilled tradesmen, preferably with experience in social housing and joinery works.

Location: Liverpool - a 5-mile radius of jobs in the centre of Liverpool.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Long term - Temp to perm, 12 weeks with us then move over to permanent with the client.
Pay rate: £34,000 a year.

The Role

Working on social housing and residential homes.
Joiner background
Working in a team and independently.
Working in occupied residential homes.

Requirements

1. Experience in working on social housing.
2. Good references and CV.
3. Experience in laying vinyl flooring in bathrooms and wet rooms.
4. Full UK driving license with no serious driving convictions or more than 6 points on your license.
