Multi Trade Joiner

Location: Ellesmere Port
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 4:30pm)

Due to increased demand, an exciting opportunity has opened up with a large, award-winning company. R9 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Joiner to join the team on a permanent basis.

Duties:

• Renews and repairs work (Door casing, Skirting, Handrails, Balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling).
• Repair /renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/fit soffit fascia and barge boards.
• Repair & Renew timber and UPVC Window frames.
• Capable of complete works in other trades (Patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling and minor groundwork activities)
• Competent in all aspects of the Joiner trade discipline.

What We Need from You:

• 3+ years' experience in Social Housing Multi-Trade work
• NVQ or time served experience
• UK Manual Driving Licence
• Valid Right to Work in the UK
