Job description

Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional Mortgage Brokerage. Due to further expansion within their team, they currently have an opportunity for a Mortgage Broker to join their business.

Role

1. Full time Mortgage Broker opportunity on an employed basis.
2. Five day working week, including some Saturday working (if a Saturday is worked, a day off in the week is provided).
3. Hybrid/work from home can be considered; the role would be fully office-based during the probation period.
4. Servicing leads provided via several introducers, the web, social media, and an extensive client bank.
5. We also receive numerous recommendations plus a high client retention rate for repeat business due to the exceptional customer service we all provide.
6. Onsite parking.
7. Brokers are provided with admin support, training where necessary, regular sales meetings, and an annual conference.

Candidate

1. Experienced and suitably qualified Mortgage Brokers with a proven track record of sales, success, and excellent customer service skills, who want to join a progressive, award-winning company that can provide you with a good supply of leads!
2. Well presented.
3. Confident, well-spoken, and driven.
4. Excellent track record of providing exceptional service.

Package

1. Basic salary to £30,000.
2. Realistic OTE £60,000 including commission and annual bonus.
3. Generous annual leave entitlement.
