We are looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our Southampton office. Our Southampton Cost Management team acts as a discipline hub for the South Coast and is a well-established & reputable service line with an excellent long-standing local network.
As M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs and budgets for M&E elements of construction projects, including new builds, renovations and maintenance works – from early cost advice to settlement of the final account. Your key focus will be on commercial & industrial projects local to Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester and surrounding areas.
You will report directly into our Southampton Cost Management Director and M&E specialist, so you can expect to receive expert support on any areas of development relating to Mechanical & Electrical surveying.
