Are you an MEP Quantity Surveyor with experience working for a main contractor on railway infrastructure works?

Do you have experience of working on fixed price NEC contracts up to the value of £500k?

Contract Rate: Dependant on Experience - Inside IR35 Paid Umbrella.

Location: South West London - 3/4 days in the office, 1/2 days working from home.

Contract Length: 3 month rolling contract.

Role Details:

Due to growth within the M&E department, my client is looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team to work on M&E rail projects, valued between £150k to £500k, for clients including Network Rail, TFL, and Train Operating companies.

It is important that you have experience in managing both subcontractors and clients, preferably on a framework or smaller value schemes.

Essential:

1. MEP Quantity Surveyor with experience working for a main contractor on railway infrastructure works.
2. Experience of working on fixed price NEC contracts up to the value of £500k.
