Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineering professional looking to take on a leadership role within a dynamic and essential healthcare environment? Sodexo Health and Care are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Mechanical Technical Manager to join our team at Queens Hospital, Romford. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, performance standards, and the seamless delivery of technical engineering services in line with contractual and KPI requirements.
Successful candidates will need to have relevant qualifications together with consistent experience in a similar environment. You will be required to act on your own initiative; there is a need for accuracy, attention to detail, numeracy and record keeping whilst leading from the front with regards to the mechanical team. You will be rewarded with a salary of £60,000pa - £65,000pa + excellent benefits together with access to a range of benefits, including employer pension contribution, and life assurance – 1 x annual salary.
