Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with a Building Services background looking for a highly autonomous, varied, and wide-ranging role with vast progression opportunities and specialist-funded training to help you reach your full potential and lead the business to further success?

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a vital and senior member of the Design Engineering department. You will coordinate and be responsible for full project lifecycles from start to finish. You will be rewarded with excellent bonus incentives and a great remuneration package.

The Role:

1. Attend project meetings on and off-site with clients, contractors and the design team
2. Carry out condition surveys, feasibility studies and report writing
3. Carry out detailed scheme designs, enabling competitive tenders to be obtained for the works
4. Write specifications for the works
5. Carry out calculations, both manual and by using computer-based systems
6. Provide budget costings and monitor finances of projects throughout all stages and ensure financial success
7. Comment upon contractor's work/drawings and attend site progress meetings
