About the Role:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing an innovative marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and managing the daily operations of the Marketing Department and supporting a talented team of two.
2. Developing, refining, and executing an annual marketing strategy, with a keen focus on evolving digital marketing trends.
3. Planning and coordinating exhibitions and events to maximise engagement and brand visibility.
4. Analysing and interpreting marketing activities for continuous improvement and reporting on effectiveness.
5. Crafting compelling content across various formats, from press releases to brochures, ensuring clear communication of technical data.
6. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and negotiating contracts as needed.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

1. Experience: 2+ years in a B2B marketing role.
2. Education: Marketing Degree or equivalent preferred.
3. Skills:

• Strong digital marketing and project management abilities.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Competitor analysis and market trend insight.
• Leadership qualities with a team-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions:

Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per year
Working Pattern: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Location: In-person within the UK (please note that our client does not offer visa sponsorship)
