M&S Opticians launched in 2019 and provides high-quality optical & hearing care within the M&S store environment. With over 38 stores across England, Scotland, and Wales, our offering continues to grow, with the latest frame range including designer brands and clinical excellence with OCT scan technology included with every eye test. M&S Opticians are also the first Which? Recommended Opticians.
We are looking for an experienced marketeer to continue to build the M&S Opticians brand and support the generation of appointments as we build our reputation as a leading optical and hearing care supplier on the high street.
This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing in meeting the marketing objectives through the development and implementation of effective multichannel marketing plans. Highly organised, you will need to be an all-rounder who can manage digital and CRM campaigns, merchandising and promotional projects alongside design and print. This role will need to manage internal and external stakeholders including M&S and therefore strong communication skills are key.
You will be an experienced marketeer, used to working in a fast-paced marketing environment, ideally B2C, who is looking for their next challenge. We need someone who is organised, able to meet deadlines, and plan campaigns across multiple channels. Experience of managing a direct report would be ideal. You will need to be confident to liaise with key stakeholders both internally and externally while delivering and analysing campaigns to a high standard.
