Exciting Opportunity for an AAT-Qualified Accountant!

Are you an AAT-qualified professional ready to take your career to the next level? This role combines project work with monthly management accounting and analysis, offering the chance to work closely with the Director of Finance in a supportive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
2. Producing monthly sales and cash flow reports.
3. Delivering productivity and KPI analysis reports.
4. Liaising with auditors for annual audits.
5. Supporting ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and process improvement projects.
6. Identifying and implementing process enhancements to drive efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

1. AAT-qualified (or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
2. Strong IT and Excel skills, with the ability to manipulate data and present financial reports clearly.
3. Experience gained from the manufacturing sector would be beneficial.
4. A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify potential system and process improvements.
5. A proactive mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
