Are you an experienced Secretary looking for your next challenge at a notable firm in London? Do you have previous dispute resolution/litigation experience? If so, please keep reading as this might be the role for you!

We are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to work on a permanent, full-time basis at one of our brilliant City law firms we are partnered with. The role will be working in the Disputes Resolution/Litigation team and you must have previous experience in this practice area.

You will be working Monday to Friday 9:30-17:30 and they offer great hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. They are based near Holborn and are paying a competitive salary plus benefits!

Duties include:
  1. Open new clients and matters.
  2. Invoicing, disbursements and billing.
  3. Audio typing and drafting correspondence.
  4. House styling of documents.
  5. Inbox, diary and travel management.
  6. General secretarial tasks and administration.
Skills required:
  1. Previous experience in a law firm and strong litigation experience.
  2. Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time keeping skills.
  3. Ability to provide exceptional client care.
  4. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  5. Typing speed of 65WPM.
  6. Strong document skills.
