About the Job
Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer / Director - Up to £180,000 salary
The Role
This leading city law firm is recognised as a leader in the field of Commercial and Corporate Litigation, Civil Investigations, Dispute Resolution and Insolvency, providing advice to multi-national corporations and high-profile individuals.
The firm is expanding its offering by developing the Restructuring & Insolvency practice and is looking for a driven and self-motivated individual to help drive this forward through their own personal relationships / network. This can be either a contentious or non-contentious practice advising stakeholders in distressed situations as well as acting for insolvency practitioners.
The practice has established relationships and a diverse client base and has recently been instructed on a number of insolvency matters which they would look for someone to hit the ground running with while helping to grow and develop the practice.
The Candidate
The practice is looking for a Head of Department / Director to:
- Collaborate with other partners and fee earners in the wider firm
- Promote and generate work for the R&I team
- Contribute to the overall firm strategy of growth
