£60,000 to £80,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 5)

We’re looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join our Data Enablement team, within our wider Digital Technology & Data team, on a 24-month fixed-term contract in Manchester. In this role, you’ll help us to build modern data platforms; using tools like Python, Databricks, and Kimball Data Modelling to lead on the design and delivery of innovative data solutions.
As a Lead Data Engineer, you’ll collaborate with a range of teams including Data Science, Analytics, Insight, Governance, and Business Intelligence. We’ll look to you to lead a team of Data Engineers and use your strong technical experience to help us innovate and explore opportunities to improve the work we do. This is a hybrid role, with occasional in-person team meetings in the office.
