As the Lead Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for business analysis in one of the customer journeys of our business, managing a team of Business Analysts and ensuring we deliver the correct solutions that align with the Digital Product team's expected outcomes. You’ll be a fundamental part of the wider Business Analysis leadership team, and responsible for mentoring, resourcing, and coaching your team of Business Analysts. You’ll help implement Jet2.com and Jet2holidays product Strategy alongside managing a team that delivers for our customers, colleagues and supply chain, alongside delivering the operational and financial targets of the business.
