We are working closely with a major National Security & Defence Consultancy in their search for a Junior Software Engineer to join the growing team on a permanent basis. They have offices in Gloucester and Manchester, with flexible working arrangements.

Due to the exciting nature of the role and the projects you will be working on, you must hold an active UK*C DV Clearance to be eligible.

You will be part of a team that designs, develops, and maintains critical infrastructure for high-profile clients in the Defence and Intelligence sectors.

What We are Looking For:

Strong software development experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Understanding of cloud-based architectures (AWS or Azure).
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB).
