BMW Group UK is looking for a
Junior IT Project Manager (Junior Agile Master internally). This role is based at the Summit ONE Campus in Farnborough.
This role is responsible for supporting the Product Team on its adoption of the Agile Working Model. As part of the role, the Junior Agile Master is responsible for the planning of all required ceremonies and required practices and processes, removal of obstacles and distractions that may detrimentally impact team performance and delivery, and engaging with suppliers to ensure all requirements for the release are known based on given priority.
What awaits you?- Support, design and development through to leading system integration testing, user acceptance testing and implementation phases in line with the Agile Working Model (AWM). Being part of a BizDevOps Feature Team.
- Support the development of Product including the formulation and definition of project scope and objectives, backlog and refinements.
- Under general direction, undertake complex research and analysis to independently develop requirements and solutions through having a thorough understanding of business requirements, IT systems and Financial Services industry requirements.
- Integration Testing activities to ensure the systems meet requirements and support multi-business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing.
- Champion the agile transformation within the department; facilitating, option finding, solution engineering and delivering good end-to-end agile processes.
- Ensure agile practices follow the principles laid out within the company's Agile Working Model including appropriate implementation of the Product Depot.
What should you bring along?- Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
- In-depth and formal qualifications in Business and Systems Analysis.
- Demonstratable experience of Related System Analyst and full project lifecycle and experience within IT.
- Proven ability to engage with a variety of IT teams and suppliers to achieve timely and successful outcomes.
- Proven ability to embrace change and champion its implementation within their sphere of influence.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exposure to the Financial Services industry and mission-critical systems preferred.
