Our client is dedicated to curating unique, high-quality homewares that resonate with their discerning customer base, priding themselves on delivering thoughtfully selected products that blend heritage with modern appeal.

  2. Liaise with suppliers, manage relationships, and oversee the ordering, logging, and returning of samples for each selection.
  3. Negotiate cost prices and terms, set commercial retail prices, and ensure product lines are ready for ordering according to the critical path.
  4. Gain in-depth knowledge of competitors and retail trends to inform product selection.
  5. Accurately log product information on selection sheets and organize samples for selections, range reviews, and photo shoots.
  6. Write detailed and accurate product descriptions for our catalogues and websites.
  7. Address warehouse or customer queries to resolve quality issues or provide additional information.
Profile:
  1. Strong analytical abilities to understand sales data provided by Merchandising.
  2. Creativity and Commercial Acumen: Able to source and develop products that appeal to our older customer demographic and reflect the unique selling points of both brands.
  3. Meticulous in managing product information and descriptions.
  4. Collaborative spirit, comfortable working on joint projects.
  5. Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  7. Good standard of written English.
  8. Experience with Excel.
  9. Eager to learn and bring a can-do mindset.
  10. Possession of a driving license, as we are in a rural location.
